By visiting our physical store or our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to the following terms and conditions.


General Terms of Service

All prices listed are in NZD (New Zealand dollars) and include GST (15%). 

Before you purchase, we recommend that you inspect all products thoroughly to confirm you are content with their condition. Please take measurements to ensure that products will fit your space. 

Visit us in-store or contact us to request more details about any product. We are happy to provide you with measurements, photographs, or any additional details.

Many of our products are aged antiques, pre-owned, or refurbished. These products may display irregularities in accordance with their age, and are sold with the understanding that this is part of their charm. 

We pride ourselves on stocking high-quality products across all of our collections. However, if an aged product is incomplete or structurally unfit for its original purpose, this will be disclosed in its description. We will always give you a maximum of information about any product, so that you may purchase confidently.  

We reserve the right to refuse any sale within our premises or our online store. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.



Please choose your purchases carefully. We cannot accept returns for any product if you have changed your mind. This includes if you have not measured your own space and ensured the product will fit. We are not responsible for any fault that may arise from your use or care of the product.

If you wish to return a product for another reason, please lodge your request in writing via email within 7 days of your purchase. We will discuss your situation on a case-by-case basis. We will not accept unsolicited returns. 

The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.

We will not provide a refund for any product that has been sold at a reduced price.



The listed prices of products do not include the price of shipping/delivering the product. Shipping, along with the associated costs and risks, is the responsibility of the purchaser. You are welcome to discuss your options with us.

All products will leave our facility in the condition that they were purchased in. We accept no responsibility for damage to products whilst they are in transit. We highly recommend insuring your product’s shipment, which is an option that most shipping companies provide.

Delivery schedules will be dependent on the shipping company, and will be relayed to you by them. We do not accept any liability for delivery times.


Privacy & Security

In order to provide you with the highest quality products and services, we may use information from our interactions with you and other customers, as well as from other parties. Your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner.

We are committed to handling your personal information with high standards of information security. In some instances, you may purchase a product using a bank transfer. We will never ask you for your credit card information.
